Xu Shaochun (Robert) is the Founder, Chairman of
the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Robert has been
awarded the Special Expert Allowance by the State Council of China.
He graduated from Southeast University (SEU) of China in Computer
Science. He obtained Master of Accounting from Institute of Ministry
of Finance and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He is a member
of 9th Central Committee of China National Democratic Construction
Association, a member of Council Member of China Siyuan Foundation
for poverty alleviation. He is the Deputy Director of China Software
Industry Association and a member of Accounting Information Technology
Committee of Finance Ministry.
With his profound experience in Business Strategy, Operation Management,
Advanced technology insights and his farsighted approach towards
determining Industry trends of Global software industry, he has
been actively promoting “The rise of the Chinese management model”.
He is committed to lead the company to become a globally recognized

Feng Guohua (Richard) is an Executive
Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kingdee (China).
Richard graduated from University of Science and Technology of China.
He obtained a Bachelor degree in Economic Management & Computer
Application Software, and a Certificate in Harvard Business School
Advanced Management Program. He has various IBM and SAP qualified
Professional Consultant Certification. Before joining Kingdee, Richard
has been appointed as Director of Professional Services with Siemens
(China) Ltd., Senior Manager of Anderson Consulting Group, Director
of Consulting and Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Managing Partner
of IBM Global Business Services Greater China Group. He has been focusing
on assisting State-owned enterprises, Private enterprises and Multinational
Companies in China. He has worked in Strategic consulting, Process
improvement, Information system implementation areas for many well-esteemed
companies. He established long-term Strategic cooperative relationship
with these companies and also formed and led a Professional Consulting
and Services team in China.
Richard has extensive experience and market insight in Business
consultation and Information services. He actively explores and
promotes the practice of Chinese enterprise transformation and management
innovation in China.

Chen Dengkun (Duke) is an Executive
Director, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the
Company. Mr. Chen graduated from Anhui University of Finance and Economics
and obtained a Bachelor degree in Management. He is a member of China
Certified Public Accountant, an authorized enterprise architect of
the Open Group and the 5th NPC member of Nanshan district, Shenzhen.
He is currently pursuing EMBA from China Europe International Business
School. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Zhongnan University
of Political Science, Anhui University of Finance. He is responsible
for Management work of Audit, Administration and office support, Human
resources, Quality management, Finance, Investment & Business
development, Operation & IT and Infrastructure project of the
Company. |

Jin Ming (James) is a non-executive
Director, and a Board Nomination Committee of the Company. Mr. Jin
provides strategic consulting, training for staff and business partners
of the Company. He also provides training and consulting services
for strategic clients. He obtained Master of Science degree in Institutional
Engineering from Mississippi State University, USA. He has 30 years
of extensive experience in Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing. He
had been the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Dell Computer
Asia Limited. He is the first person who introduced Dell’s direct
Sales model in China. He had been the 1st General Manager in the China
region of Novell and Anderson Consulting Company. He has also been
a Senior Manager of Hewlett-Packard Company for more than a decade,
mainly responsible for strategic consulting and informatization system
for customers in American and Asia-Pacific region. He has been named
in the lists of “West America’s famous men” and “Famous Men in the
American Computer Industry”. |

Gary Clark Biddle is an Independent
non-executive Director of the Company. Mr. Biddle is Chair of Accounting
and PCCW Professor at the University of Hong Kong. He earned his MBA
and PhD degrees at University of Chicago and has served as professor
at University of Chicago, University of Washington. He is the Dean
of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Hong
Kong & Associate Dean of the School of Business and Management
of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). At HKUST,
he is the member of the Advisory Board, Council, Senate and held the
title of Synergis-Geoffrey Yeh Chair Professorship of Accounting.
He is a visiting professor at leading Business schools globally, including
Columbia University Business School (USA), London Business School
(UK), IMD (Switzerland) and CEIBS (China). He is a member of the American
Accounting Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
Hong Kong Business and Professionals Federation, Hong Kong Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
In the past, he had been the President and co-founding Council Member
of the Hong Kong Academic Accounting Association. Mr. Biddle first
visited China in the year 1984 and made Hong Kong his place of abode
in the year 1996. His research appears in the premier academic journals
globally and in financial publications including the Economist and
Wall Street Journal. He is a leading expert in Financial Accounting,
Financial Markets, Valuation, Value creation, Corporate Management
and Performance metrics, including EVAR. He has been awarded 20 times
in the field of teaching. Mr. Biddle is also an Independent Non-Executive
Director of Shui On Land Limited and a remuneration committee member
at closely-held Chinachem Group. |

Ho Chinghua (Bret) is an independent
non-executive Director of the Company. Mr. Ho graduated from National
Taiwan University in Political science and obtained Master of Arts
from National Chengchi University of Taiwan and Master of Science
from University of Maryland, USA. Prior to joining Kingdee, Mr. Ho
had worked with Sybase Inc. in USA, Oracle Corp. East Coast Region,
UFIDA Software Co., Ltd. and Siebel Systems Inc. He has extensive
experience in Sales channel operation and Management of International
and domestic well-known Information Technology Enterprises. Mr. Ho
is also an independent non-executive director of Jess-Link Products
Corporation Limited, a company listed on Gre Tai Securities Market
of Japan and Taiwan Securities Exchange and an executive director
and Chief Operating Officer of Camelot Information System (China)
Corporation Limited, a company listed on New York Stock Exchange. |

Wu Cheng is an independent non-executive
Director of the Company. Mr. Wu is a professor of the Department of
Automation of Tsinghua University and an academician of Chinese Academy
of Engineering. He is also the Dean of State CIMS Engineering Technical
Research Center. He graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering,
Tsinghua University. He was involved in post-doctoral research in
USA from 1981 to 1983. Mr. Wu has participated in CIMS projects of
863 Program, and has been appointed as the leader of CIMS expert group
and chief scientist in automation field. He contributed to scientific
and technological development in China and has received various awards. |

Yang Zhounan is an independent non-executive
Director of the Company. Ms. Yang is a professor of the graduate school
of the institute of Fiscal Science of the Ministry of Finance, doctoral
tutor and a People’s representative to the 8th and 9th National People’s
Congress of China. She graduated from Nan Kai University with a master
degree in Mathematics. After graduation, she worked with Beijing Computing
Centre as a researcher. She brings in more than 28 years of research
and teaching experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting and Taxation. |

Yang Guoan is an independent non-executive
Director of the Company. Mr. Yang received a Ph.D. of Business Administration
from University of Michigan. He is a Philips Chair Professor of Human
Resource Management at China Europe International Business School
(CEIBS). He is also a Director of Center of Organizational and People
Effectiveness and founding President of Organizational Capability
Learning Association.
Before joining Kingdee, he had worked with Acer Group as Chief
Human Resources Officer and President of Aspire Academy from early
1999 to June 2002. He was responsible for global organizational
and leadership development at Acer Group. He has authored 8 books
and more than 20 articles in China and abroad. He is also one of
the key members of editorial boards of 5 International journals.
For his outstanding contribution towards the education of Senior
Managers’, he has been awarded as one of “Executive Development
Guru” by magazine of “Business Horizon” of America. He is also the
Chairman of the Judging Panel of “Best Asian Employer” held by Hewitt
in the Asia-Pacific region. He is an independent non-executive Director
of SITC International Holdings Company Limited, a company listed
on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and an independent non-executive
Director of Trina Solar Limited, a company listed on New York Stock
Exchange.

Zhang Liangjie is the Chief Scientist
of the Company. He obtained his PhD in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent
Control Engineering from Tsinghua University. Mr. Zhang completed
both IBM Services Business Leadership Today (SBLT) Program and IBM
Research's “Micro MBA Program” in 2006.
Before joining Kingdee, he was a Research Staff member (RSM) and
a Project Manager of Application architecture and implementation
at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center (New York, USA). He was the founding
chair of the Services Computing Professional Interest Community
(PIC) at IBM. He has been elected as IEEE 2011 Fellow for his contribution
towards Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and technology. He is
also an ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) Distinguished
Scientist. He has been invited as a Guest Professor at various institutes
namely, the State Key Lab of Software Engineering at Wuhan University,
Networking Technology Research Institute at Beijing Post and Telecommunication
University and Software Institute at Peking University. Mr. Zhang
also serves as the President of the Chinese Association of Science
and Technology Greater New York Chapter (CAST-GNY). He is currently
the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Services Computing (TSC)
and the Chair of the Technical Committee on Services Computing at
IEEE Computer Society. He also chaired the 2010 IEEE 3rd International
Conference on Cloud Computing (CLOUD 2010) and its sister conferences.
He has published more than 140 technical papers in journals, book
chapters, and conference proceedings.

Gu Xiaorong is the Chief Human
Resource Officer of the Company. She graduated from Jiangsu University
in Management Information System and obtained Certificate in Human
Recourse Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and
Cornell University.
Before joining Kingdee, Ms.Gu has been appointed as Business Manager
of SAP HR team at
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chief Senior Consultant, Senior Pre-sales
Consultant of PeopleSoft Human Capital Solution, Human Resources
Director of IBM Global Business Services Greater China Group, member
of IBM Global BU110HR and Emerging Markets Study and Knowledge Management
Director of IBM Global Business Services. She led the International
Management team responsible for Business skills and leadership promotion
for more than 10,000 consultants across 140+ countries. She developed
a highly effective way to build a learning organization. She has
worked in Human Recourse Management for 12 years. She has extensive
knowledge and expertise in Human Resource Management practices,
consulting and developing HRM systems. She is a senior Human Capital
Management consultant, an expert in Human Resource Management and
Human Resource Information Technology.

Tian Rongju is Senior Vice-President
of Kingdee (China) and Chief Technology Officer of Kingdee (China).
Mr. Tian is responsible for Research and Development of Products and
Services of the Company. He graduated from Chongqing Yuzhou University.
He has extensive experience in program, design, research and relevant
profession in Chinese management software. After he joined Kingdee,
he has been responsible for products program, research, development,
deployment and Quality Assurance. |

Li Guangxue is the Senior Vice-President
of Kingdee (China). Mr. Li is responsible for Business Operations
and Management of China Northern region of the Company. He obtained
a Bachelor degree in Physics from Ocean University of China. After
joining Kingdee, he has been engaged in the areas of Research and
Development, Service, Sales, Human Resources and Information Management. |

Zhang Yong is the Senior Vice-President
of Kingdee (China). Mr. Zhang is responsible for Business Operations
and Management of China Eastern Region of the Company. He graduated
from China Europe International Business School (CIEBS). After joining
Kingdee, Mr. Zhang was appointed as the General Manager of Shanghai
Branch and East China District and engaged in the areas of Marketing
and Business Management. He has extensive experience in Marketing,
Sales and Team work management. He is a committee member of the 12th
Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Putou District,
Shanghai Municipality. |

Sun Yanfei is the Senior Vice-President
of Kingdee (China). Mr. Sun is responsible for Operations and Management
of Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SME) products of the Company.
He graduated from Macao University of Science and Technology and obtained
MBA degree in General Business Management. After joining Kingdee,
he has been appointed as General Manager of Nanjing Branch and South
China District. He has been engaged in the areas of Marketing and
Business Management. He is committed to use Informatization to promote
the establishment of modern Business Management System. He has extensive
expertise in Marketing and Management in the area of Business Management
Software in China. |
