The event brought together business leaders, industry experts, and Kingdee ecosystem partners from Singapore and around the world to explore how AI-native technology is reshaping the paradigm of enterprise management. This event marks a key milestone in Kingdee’s AI strategy in global market and represents an important step in the global rollout of its Enterprise AI Operating System.

Opening Speech: Unveiling a New Chapter for Intelligent Enterprises

Dr. Liu Yujie, Co-President of Kingdee International Holdings, delivered the opening speech, extending sincere welcome to attendees. He stated that the launch of Lingee AIOS in Singapore is an important milestone in Kingdee’s globalization strategy and ASEAN expansion. Facing challenges in the AI era such as cross-organizational collaboration, cross-border compliance, data silos, and rising costs, enterprises urgently need to reconstruct their operating models with an AI-native architecture. Rooted in business and oriented toward management, Lingee AIOS signifies an “agile foundation and intelligent base” and Kingdee looks forward to working with customers and partners to let AI drive enterprise growth and share the dividends of the intelligent era.

Keynote: Lingee Enterprise AI Operating System

George Liu, Vice President of Kingdee China and General Manager of the Product R&D Center, noted that Lingee AIOS is not about adding AI tools to legacy systems, but an AI-native operating system that redesigns enterprises around AI. Through its six-layer full-stack architecture, it provides enterprises with an agent platform that is developable, orchestrable, runnable, governable, and ecosystem-distributable. Centered on five core values — Enterprise Intelligence, Self-Evolving Organization, Finance-Hub Symbiosis, Trust & Security, and Ecosystem Symbiosis — it enables AI to become a measurable and manageable digital employee.

AI-Native Finance: The Fourth Paradigm Shift in Finance

E Chao, General Manager of Globalization and Product Development, proposed that AI is triggering the fourth paradigm shift in financial management. Under Lingee’s finance-business symbiosis architecture, business data carries financial dimensions from the source, and the entire process from quotation, contracting, fulfillment, collection, to recording is invoked, recorded, and decision-driven in real time. More than 15 autonomous finance agents can handle high-frequency, rule-based tasks such as reconciliation, payment review, and intelligent accounting 24/7, while finance teams transform from executors into managers, supervisors, and trainers of AI — giving rise to a new human-machine collaborative finance organization.

Product Launch: Lingee AIOS Makes Its Debut in Singapore

At the launch ceremony, Kingdee representative Dr. Liu Yujie, George Liu, and E Chao, customer representative Dong Chen, and ecosystem partner representatives Lim Chu Chuan, Low Kim Seng, Ong Whee Shong, and Zheng Ketao took the stage together. The eight representative pieced together a butterfly in puzzle form, symbolizing the official launch of Kingdee Lingee AIOS in Singapore and representing Kingdee’s vision of building an AI-native ecosystem hand in hand with customers and partners. As the final puzzle piece fell into place, the audience witnessed a significant milestone for Kingdee’s next-generation enterprise AI operating system in the global market.

Customer Practice to Explore AI-Native Transformation

During the customer practice sharing session, Kelvin Eu, Al Experience Lead of Kingdee, shared the real cases toward AI-native transformation of YON HO Soybean Milk and Ecolovo. These practices covered scenarios such as intelligent finance, AI-assisted R&D, equipment management, and human-machine collaborative organizational change, demonstrating that Lingee AIOS is moving from concept to real business value. The real-world experiences of these customers further illustrate that AI-native transformation is not simply a tool replacement, but a holistic reshaping of business processes, organizational roles, and decision-making models.

Looking Ahead: Building a New Ecosystem for Intelligent Enterprises

The Singapore launch was not only a product debut, but also Kingdee’s declaration of AI-native transformation to the global market. Anchored by Singapore as the first stop of the Kingdee AI 2026 global roadshow, Kingdee is accelerating the global rollout of Lingee AIOS, engaging enterprises worldwide to jointly explore the path toward AI-native transformation. Kingdee will continue to use Lingee AIOS as its foundation, working with customers, developers, and industry partners to build an open, trustworthy, and win-win ecosystem for intelligent enterprises.
