These Kingdee General Terms and Conditions apply to Sales Contracts between Kingdee and the Customer (including but not limited to Kingdee Cloud Product Subscription Contract, Kingdee Implementation Service Contract, Kingdee Development Service Contract, Kingdee Customer Success Service Contract, Kingdee Consulting Service Contract, Third-party Product Subscription/Service contract, as applicable) and shall form an integral part thereof.
