Thailand Benchmark Launched! Kingdee and Haers in Cup & Kettle Industry

  • Jun 30, 2026

Recently, driven by Haers’ manufacturing upgrading and global layout, Haers (Thailand) and Kingdee held the digital transformation project kick-off meeting in Chonburi Province, Thailand. Through close collaboration based on Kingdee AI Suite, the two parties will help Haers set a benchmark in Thailand, marking another milestone for Kingdee International Business Center in overseas digital services for the cup & kettle industry and offering a practical model for the industry’s global transformation.

Lv Ting, General Manager of Haers (Thailand), noted that ERP is not only the company’s “strategic weapon” for the next three to five years but also the cornerstone for data transparency, process efficiency and team integration. He emphasized that ERP construction is the shared responsibility of all Haers Thailand employees, urging managers to take the lead in learning, applying and testing, prioritize project resources, break departmental silos, and achieve “one set of data, one platform, unified efforts and shared responsibilities.”

Lin Rengan, Director of Haers Group’s Process and Information Management Center, mentioned that the ERP project will adopt “lightweight launch and localized adaptation,” focusing on 20% core needs to ensure the system is “usable, easy to use and acceptable to Thai colleagues.” An instant incentive mechanism will also be in place to recognize every effort. Additionally, Wu Rulai (CFO of Haers Group’s President’s Management Team), Wu Xing (Vice President) and Zhao Xu (Deputy General Manager of the Financial Center) expressed their requirements and expectations for the project.

Chen Jiange, Director of Delivery and Customer Success at Kingdee International Business Center, thanked Haers for its trust and support. As a leading enterprise in the cup & kettle industry, Kingdee attaches great importance to the project and has established a three-tier exclusive delivery system: “Kingdee Headquarters + International Center + Thai Local Team,” ensuring full coverage of strategic alignment, implementation quality and localized support. At the kick-off meeting, Kingdee’s headquarters experts Zhang Qiaomei and Yuan Zhongwen shared insights and provided training on project implementation paths and management mechanisms.

With over 30 years of experience in enterprise digitalization, Kingdee has partnered with more than 7.4 million enterprises to explore Chinese management models and digital transformation paths. As Haers Group’s first overseas lightweight ERP pilot, this project not only launches the system but also upgrades Haers’ global operational capabilities, injecting strong momentum into its global layout. In the future, Kingdee will continue to focus on the cup & kettle industry’s global development needs, deepen digital empowerment for core scenarios such as production processes, supply chain collaboration and overseas compliant operations, and contribute digital intelligence to the industry’s high-quality development with mature solutions and professional delivery capabilities.
