Kingdee teams up with IBM to deliver value-added solutions

Kingdee and IBM co-sponsored a symposium on CRM’s application to group company in Shenzhen and announced that they would join forces to bring customers more mature CRM solutions. Early in August this year, Kingdee officially launched its K/3 CRM products. K/3 CRM consists of K/3 CRM eSales, K/3 CRM eService and K/3 CRM eMarketing currently. Its highlights lie in: Seamless link to K/3ERP; 100% pure JAVA technology; Group control; User-defined; Multilanguage support; Off-line application In addition, K/3 CRM is capable of an overall support to IBM’s hardware and software due to its excellent openness and flexibility. It enables the two parties to form into a perfect CRM solution chain–“IBM hardware—IBM system software—Kingdee K/3 CRM system”. The combination of Kingdee and IBM’s over-year experience in CRM application is also an absolute edge over the competitors. The activity indicates the cooperation between Kingdee and IBM is going further to transform from platform-supporting model to application solution integration model. It’s also a significant step forward to the optimization of Kingdee’s e-commerce solutions targeted at medium and high-end users. It was reported that Kingdee and IBM would start an itinerant forum in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou, too, following the start-off symposium in Shenzhen.
