Mr. Allen Brown
President & CEO ,The Open Group

He is President and CEO of The Open Group, a vendor and technology neutral consortium that works towards enabling access to integrated information within and between enterprises based on open standards and global interoperability. For more than ten years, Mr. Brown has been responsible for driving the organization's strategic plan and day-to-day operations. In addition, he was instrumental in the creation of The Association of Open Group Enterprise Architects (AOGEA), which was formed to increase job opportunities for all of its members and elevate their market value by advancing professional excellence. Prior to joining The Open Group, Mr. Brown managed a consulting firm in London, which he founded in 1987. He enjoyed a mix of financial management and general management assignments, which included advising venture capitalists on investment decisions, and consulting on IT systems design and implementation.

中国工程院院士

计算机专家。浙江省镇海人。1961年毕业于南京工学院（现东南大学）。现为中国科学院计算所研究员。联想集团首任总工程师，作为我国最早从事汉字信息处理和模式识别的学者之一，提出并实现在汉字输入中应用联想功能，主持开发的联想式汉字系统，较好地解决了汉字处理的一系列技术问题，于1988年获国家科技进步一等奖，所在企业亦由计算所公司改名为联想集团。随后又主持开发了联想系列微型机，于1992年获国家科技进步一等奖，此后联想微机成为联想公司的主要业务。上述二项拳头产品，创造了重大的经济效益和社会效益。近年来，致力于在中国推进开放源代码的Linux操作系统，以及基于国产CPU和Linux的网络计算机等有自主核心技术的产品。1994年当选为中国工程院院士。

1993年获哈尔滨工业大学学士。1996年获清华大学工学硕士。1999年获美国佐治亚理工大学工商管理硕士(MBA)。1999年至2003年就职于美国微策略公司（MicroStrategy），为百思买（Best Buy)、花旗银行等多家客户提供商业智能应用的咨询。2003年归国加盟金蝶至今，为多家国有和民营企业以及跨国公司提供过信息化的咨询服务。

Ms. Patricia Donovan
VP ,Membership&Events,The Open Group

She is Vice President, Membership & Events at The Open Group and a member of its executive management team. In this role she is involved in determining the company’s strategic direction and policy as well as the overall management of that business area. She joined The Open Group in 1988 and has played a key role in the organization’s evolution, development and growth since then. She also oversees the company’s PR activities, conferences and member meetings, plus the Association of Open Group Enterprise Architects (AOGEA). She is based in the USA.

Mr. Chris Parnell
Director,Membership & Services ,The Open Group

He is Director, Membership & Services at The Open Group. In this role he is responsible for leading a team in the recruitment of new members organizations and the retention of existing ones worldwide. He also manages the company’s global franchise program, which now has reached out to China, France, India, Japan, the Middle East and South Africa. This involves sales, business development, marketing and other commercial activities. He joined The Open Group in 1999 and has been instrumental in growing the membership overall (especially in the fields of Enterprise Architecture and Information Security) and increasing the number and variety of Forums and Work Groups available for participation. He is based in the UK.

金蝶研究院高级研究员 计算机科学博士

毕业于台湾中央大学和美国维吉尼亚理工大学，分别获得数学学士、数学硕士、计算机科学博士。褚博士在信息科技方面有超过二十五年的经验，专长包含: 企业架构、SOA面向服务架构、开源群组架构框架(TOGAF)、面向对象分析及设计、软件开发方法论、应用及产品开发等。曾服务于美国及台湾多家大型企业。现任职于金蝶研究院SOA创新中心，研究工作重点为金蝶下一代产品的技术架构和SOA的引进及落地。

Ken Pepple
Sun Principal Engineer, Chief Technologist, Asia Pacific Systems Engineering, Sun Micro

KEN PEPPLE is a Principal Engineer and Chief Technologist for Sun's System Field Engineering. In this role, he provides architectural leadership for worldwide clients and strategic direction for Sun's System customer engineering staff. He is currently concentrating on the creation of public and private clouds.Prior to moving to his current position, Ken served as Chief Technologist for Sun's Asia Pacific System Engineering group, Technology Director for Sun's Desktop products, Chief Technologist for their Asia Pacific Professional Services practice and Program Manager for Sun Professional Service's Enterprise Platform Services.Ken is also a frequent author. Has published books including ， "Consolidation In the Data Center” ，“Consolidation In the Data Center: Simplifying IT Environments To Reduce Total Cost of Ownership "and"Migrating to the Solaris Operating System: The Discipline of UNIX-to-UNIX Migrations"。

Judith Jones, the CEO of Architecting the Enterprise, the global market leader in TOGAF Training and Consultancy is an experienced Business Manager and IT Consultant. Judith's prime experience includes business re-engineering, business architecture, enterprise architecture and governance, architecture practice management, business value engineering, IT strategy and management. Judith has worked with many Fortune 100 and Government agencies to develop architecture competencies and capabilities. Her background experience includes more than 20 years as a business manager with ICL, now Fujitsu Services.

Judith is a champion and practitioner of Enterprise Architecture standards, including TOGAF and TOGAF certification, for over 20 years and was instrumental in the development of ICL’s OpenFramework. Judith is an active member of The Open Group and is a major contributor and an editor of TOGAF 7, 8 and 9 as well as leading TOGAF projects for localisation, case studies, ADML, synergy and collaboration projects. Judith is co-author of the TOGAF and DODAF alignment paper.
